Went from Arione to Antares back to Arione. I could never get used to the width of the Antares. I actually have one of the old Fizik Kurves in the Arione shape (Chamaleon) with aluminum rails that I love on my road bike and an Arione Tri saddle on my TT bike (tried an Ares, which is a cut-off Antares, and didn’t like it). I have Ariones on all my bikes. If you are having good luck with the Antares, why change? If it ain't broke . . .
