The equation for matchmaking rating needs changed because its exploited by smurfs, alt accounts, or people that lose on purpose (so they get ez casual matches). It should be based on kill death ratio and by game type because most rounds end when the squad is killed anyway. The equation also needs to weigh more heavily on the top ranked player in the squad so a platinum doesnt carry a group of silvers versus a group of golds.
