I have loved whoever had the idea of a single tree on the map and it covers the map and allows all towers to be built on the map. Like the Mystic Obelisk. Also, I have read getting rid of the tree and changing the blockade to vines and the vines randomly reach out under ground and root mobs in place for 1-2 seconds.
