We were informed the flight was cancelled at 4am (about an hour before we had to get up to leave for the airport) resulting in spending most of the next few hours on various phone calls trying to arrange a replacement flight, & ended up stuck in a hotel room/enjoying the "sights" of Slough for the first day of our "holiday" instead of on a sunny beach in Croatia. Then spent the majority of the day we finally arrived resting due to 2 nights of very little sleep and 2 very early mornings, all with an upset, tired and moody 5 year old in tow - basically we lost 2 days of a 7 day holiday so personally I feel justified in claiming.

Please Help.
