I have a Norwegian keyboard installed on a Norwegian version of W7. The following happens:
1) I start laptop, go to Internet, , write something (on e.g. Facebook). No problems.
2) Visit different websites (both opened from FB and from web searches).
3) Then after a while I write on FB or on Chrome search, and suddenly the keys on my keyboard have changed so that Norwegian keys no longer enters Norwegians letters on Internet, but they continue to enter Norwegian letters in Word, Excel and other installed programs. It is only on Internet the "signes" have changed. For instance: The "(" (the shift 8 key in Norway) writes "*", and the ''-sign becomes @ sign.

How is this possible? And how can I repair this without reboot my laptop (it is very slow, uses 5 to 10 minutes to boot up again) ?
