They work their own hours although I supply them with a computer and office space/phone line for them to sell from. They invoice me and I pay their commission. A few of them do their own things too & invoice me directly through their ltd companies as a service.
Is this the correct way I should be doing this? I have no problem in finding more sales staff to come and join the team but is this the way it should be done?
The other option would be a zero hours contract with a much lower commission & basic pay, I'd get reliability from this but quite honestly I do already… The commission scheme they are on currently is so good they are happy to be here on their own back from 9-5. (I live in a small town not many opportunities for un educated 20 somethings to make £2k a week).
