Malthael is another, he was introduced around the time double tank was strong and as support reworks were adding more dps and duo healer comps. The meta before was double tank but now you see a lot more variety in comps, duo support is a legit comp now that supports can team fight and going double tank every time makes you vulnerable to malthael
