I saw somebody playing Cheerleader kerrigan skin in my last game but they disconnected and I couldn't whisper how they got it.

So does anybody know how to get the Kerrigan cheerleader skin - do u have to basically be a esports player or is there another way?

I saw that it said ticket holders that show up will get the skin - but I'm assuming just buying a ticket isn't enough correct?

Please Help.
