I'm strongly considering getting a Sony projector and a black diamond screen. The widest screen I can fit in the nook is ~105" wide, or ~115" diagonal. (pictures in the next post)
All my electronics fit inside the nook. Is having a projector in a nook going to cause excessive light splash ruining the picture (beyond having a white ceiling)? Or will the nook offer better shade from ambient light?

The room is a multipurpose basement and there is some light coming through the shutters in the day and it's very dark at night.

Also my sales guy was gently pushing the 2.35:1 screen which is better for movies? However in the nook the 2.35:1 has black bars on the side for 16:9 content, where is a 16:9 setup has black bars on the top and bottom. In order to utilize the most width I was leaning towards the 16:9.
The nook ads another small challenge that there is a chance that anyone sitting on the far left or far right may miss 1-3" of the screen. (I won't know until I decide and order the chairs)
I'm considering the Sony 675 or the 365.

I could get a roll down projector and put it in front of the nook, but that could mean I get a few foot shorter viewing difference.

Thank You!!!

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
