Has anyone else experienced hideous shipping problems with Createspace? Every order I have placed sent Priority UPS in the last month has been returned because Createspace have not included a commercial invoice required for international shipping. In my case these books are being sent to me in AUSTRALIA. Twice now they have sent replacement orders (only because I complained) which have also been rejected and sent back. What gives? Clearly the system needs tweaking to allow for international shipping without any fuss. The printed label must include customs information like value and description of the goods etc. Why don't they understand that and rectify it immediately? I have emailed and complained a number of times. Now looking for an alternative publisher. This is far below an acceptable standard of customer service. Just ridiculous.
