Hey guys, I'm trying to add new user accounts to my conquest s9, android lollipop 5.1.1. When I add a new user and login, the new user account has no keyboard. Yet when I switch back to admin user, keyboard works fine. While in the new user account in settings under language & input, current keyboard, their is no keyboard selected and none to choose from. Admin account has several.
I've tried clearing keyboard cache, data and reboot. I've Downloaded multiple keyboards, and I've reset to factory defaults nothing seems to work. What am I missing?

Please help…
