I am planning a super-budget PC build for multi-core performance in software like after Effects, Blender, Toon Boom,etc. I am confused which config to use- AMD Ryzen 3 1200 with GT 1030(can't afford anything more!) OR i5-7400 without any GPU. Gaming will be very rare. Will throw 8 gigs in both.
