Hello
I see in some interesting web designs some have what appear to be floating images that move or a GIF. Therefore when I check inspect elements I honslety have no clue and hence why I am searching for some guidance. I am a newbie and a DIYer which I know many will not like But we all have to learn and start somewhere…
