Hey there!

I am working with drupal 7 for a few months now, was on linux with nginx. Seems like I have to work with Microsoft Windows Server 2012, IIS and MsSQL.
I have set up pretty much everything (php, pdo, mssql, IIs, right management, cache…) but when I am installing a drupal from scratch I have this error at the step of installing the database :
