Hi all,
A couple months ago I started up my own private gym business - its going very well and im looking to expand however there is one part of the business I am unsure about and was looking to get some other like minded peoples opinions of it.
I currently charge my trainers a fixed price each month for use of my gym, dependant on the hours they work.
