I have a Lenovo B50-30 laptop with Windows 8.1 on it.

I have tried for weeks to upgrade to Windows 10 or downgrade to Windows 7.

I have tried installations from different websites, nothing has worked. Not even Microsoft's Mediatool worked.

It they work at all, they show a progress bar and installing Windows, then when it's done, nothing has changed. I reset the laptop and still 8.1

I have been into the bios but I can't see multiple operating systems etc.

I have even downloaded iso's and burned them to disc and onto usb. (USB was extremely tempermental), I'm at a loss.

Any advice?

Please help…
