We have a VERY old but faithful Dell desktop computer that has a problem. We had a bad storm and loss power. When it was restored our computer will not turn on. Did all of the usual stuff such as replace the cord, directly plugged it into a working outlet, etc and no luck.

I have replaced the PSU and still nothing. The only indication I get is a small green light on the motherboard. Any suggestions what could still be wrong?

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
